From this website of our Agrupaci\u00f3n of Cofrad\u00edas de Lucena<\/strong>, I am delighted to welcome all those who visit us.<\/p>\n

Through this site, we wish to share our history and the activities that we have been carrying out since 1944 -the year our Agrupaci\u00f3n was founded. In addition to organizing our own events, our work has always been at the service of Lucena\u2019s brotherhoods -both of penance and of glory- which currently number twenty four in total. We will share the most distinctive features of each one of them<\/p>\n

In this space, you will also discover one of our city\u2019s most deep-rooted and unique traditions: the Santer\u00eda<\/strong>. This is the characteristic way of carrying the processional \u2018pasos\u2019 (floats), both during Holy Week<\/strong> and during the \u2018Fiestas de Gloria\u2019<\/strong>, performed by those we call \u2018santeros\u2019<\/em>.<\/p>\n
